Madhvi Sharma is a Founder of Legal Basta. She has advised several clients on Civil, Matrimonial, Criminal, Matters at CAT, NGT (National Green Tribunal) cases etc at District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court of India. Madhvi Sharma has an impeccable track record of handling complex legal matters and extensively engaged in promoting awareness among women and children regarding their rights . Madhvi Sharma is a practicing advocate at Delhi having master’s degree in Law from Kurukshetra University & perusing PhD in Law.

She has been providing legal assistance to DMC (Delhi Minorities Commission) and conducted training session for DANICS officers. She is presiding officer of Sexual Harassment Committee at DMC and worked as legal consultant in Amazon Seller Services India.

Apart from this, she has professional expertise in forensic science as well as she assist investigations in cyber fraud cases & provide trainings of  forensic  science and HOD of Forensic Science Department in Lloyd Law College.
