Advocate Madhvi Sharma is the Founder of Legal Basta (Law Firm) and has successfully represented numerous clients in Civil, Matrimonial, Criminal, CAT, and National Green Tribunal (NGT) matters before the District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of India. She has an outstanding track record of handling complex legal disputes and is actively committed to creating awareness among women and children about their legal rights.
She is a practicing advocate in Delhi, holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Kurukshetra University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Criminal Law.
Advocate Madhvi Sharma has also provided legal assistance to the Delhi Minorities Commission (DMC) and conducted training sessions for DANICS officers. She has served as the Presiding Officer of the Sexual Harassment Committee at DMC and worked as a Legal Consultant with Amazon Seller Services India.
In addition to her legal practice, she possesses professional expertise in Forensic Science, assists in the investigation of cyber fraud cases, conducts Forensic Science training programs, and serves as the Head of the Forensic Science Department at Lloyd Law College.
