Early Life and Education
Advocate Madhvi Sharma was born and raised in New Delhi, India. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and then went on to earn her Master of Laws (LLM) from the Kurukshetra University.
Career
After completing her education, she began her legal career as an associate with a prominent law firm in New Delhi. She gained extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas including civil matter, Tis Hazari Courts, Rouse Avenue, Karkardooma Courts, Patiala House Courts, Rohini Courts, Dwarka Courts, Saket Courts. criminal law, and corporate law. She then went on to establish LegalBasta.com in 2018 with the aim of providing affordable and accessible legal services to clients across India.
Under her leadership, LegalBasta.com has grown to become a leading provider of legal services in the country. The firm has a team of experienced attorneys who specialize in a wide range of practice areas including civil Matter Tis Hazari Courts, Rouse Avenue, Karkardooma Courts, Patiala House Courts, Rohini Courts, Dwarka Courts, Saket Courts. criminal law, matrimonial law, and corporate law.

Legal Basta offers three months offline certificate course in Corporate Litigation in association with IIMT Law College (Greater Noida) and Legal Basta conduct the classes / practical session for this course by the Corporate Practitioners . The Certificate of this course shall be issued by the Legal Basta and in association with IIMT Law College (Greater Noida) .

Delhi Minorities Commission(DMC)
Madhvi Sharma has worked as a legal consultant in the Delhi Minorities Commission, Govt. of NCT Delhi. She has been headed the committees formed by the DMC in the various cases of high importance for instance to probe the alleged assault on a Sikh tempo driver by policemen in Mukherjee Nagar.
