Advocate Madhvi Sharma was born and raised in New Delhi, India. She completed her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and then went on to earn her Master of Laws (LLM) from the Kurukshetra University.
After completing her education, she began her legal career as an associate with a prominent law firm in New Delhi. She gained extensive experience in a wide range of practice areas including civil matter, Tis Hazari Courts, Rouse Avenue, Karkardooma Courts, Patiala House Courts, Rohini Courts, Dwarka Courts, Saket Courts. criminal law, and corporate law.
